怎么用这份问题
七句话，跟问题本身一样重要。大部分人卡住的不是不知道要问什么，而是话接不下去。
问一个问题，然后就安静下来。
Ask one question. Then stop talking.
沉默不是坏事——故事就藏在那几秒钟里。
Silence isn't a problem. It's where the story is.
不要纠正年份或名字。让他们用自己的方式讲。
Don't correct dates or names. Let them tell it their way.
“后来呢？”——这一句就够了。
"Then what happened?" is the only follow-up you need.
如果他们说“没什么好讲的”，就先问别人的事。绕一圈，他们自己会讲回来。
If they say there's nothing to tell, ask about someone else in the family. They'll come back around.
二十分钟就是一场真正的谈话，不需要两个小时。
Twenty minutes is a real conversation. You don't need two hours.
录下来。你记得住内容，记不住他们说话的样子。
Record it. You'll remember what they said. You won't remember how they said it.
二十个问题
顺序是有道理的，不要跳着问。前面两组具体、安全，先问完，后面比较深的题目才问得下去。

不要从这里开始。前面聊了半个小时之后，这几题才问得下去。
你最拿手的那道菜，能不能教教我怎么做？从头到尾说一遍。
